Chantal is a commerce graduate with 25 years in the Aboriginal business sector and 15 years’ experience leading and operating companies. Her career spans Aboriginal corporations, government agencies and the resources sector across Australia, with deep expertise in strategic planning, project delivery and community development.

She co-founded her first consulting firm 15 years ago, advising Aboriginal corporations, mining companies, social enterprises and not-for-profit organisations on building sustainable, long-term benefits for their Traditional Owner groups.

Today, Chantal manages operations across Coongan and Red Country Management, both 100% Nyiyaparli family-owned businesses. She leads a multidisciplinary team delivering cultural education, cultural heritage management and community development projects for corporate clients, resources sector leaders and community-based organisations. Her approach combines strong commercial discipline with genuine community partnership, delivering projects on time, on budget and with maximum Aboriginal-led ownership and participation.

As a business strategist with community development specialisation, Chantal helps corporate and industry partners move beyond basic compliance to meaningful, measurable engagement with Traditional Owner groups. She is a strong advocate for Aboriginal owned strategy and delivery of projects on Country underpinned by innovative commercial models that can sustain lasting economic value for their communities.
