Bridget Sheehan

Heritage Consultant

Originally from Aotearoa New Zealand, Bridget moved to Perth after completing her Honours degree in bioarchaeology.

With a sense of initiative and enthusiasm, she has embraced various roles within consulting archaeology, actively contributing to the archaeological community through regular training and conference attendance.

Bridget has experience working both in the field and the laboratory, being skilled in archaeological excavation, QGIS and site mapping, and stone and bone artefact analysis. She also possesses a strong understanding of Western Australian heritage legislation.

Bridget is passionate about applying her high-level research and communication skills to deliver culturally respectful project outcomes.

Outside of her professional work, Bridget enjoys painting, reading, and catching up with friends. Her creative interests provide a meaningful balance to her archaeological career.
